Initial Move-In Fees
- Administrative Fee: $250

Essential Monthly

- Trash: Billed back to tenant monthly
- Renter’s Insurance: $15 RLL or provide own policy
- Technology / Communications: $105 (Required Monthly)
- Pest Control: Included in communication package
Add Ons
- Pet Deposit: $250
- Pet Fee: $250
- Pet Rent: $25 per pet
- Key Fob Replacement Fee: $75
- Parking Fee: $100–$150
Situational Fees
- Animal Violations: $200
- Late Payment: 10% of rent
- Returned Payment: $25
- Lease Termination: Fee equal to 2 months rent + 60-day notice
- Lease Violation: $200
- Early Termination: Fee equal to 2 months rent + 60-day notice
- Required Cleaning Fees: Reasonable cleaning fee charged upon move out
